Well, my first match of the ITS Escalation League was this weekend and the Fortune's Goddess didn't smiled at me, many notes have been taken for the next match. Here is my list, a short resume, some data and many points to review about.
La primer jornada de la Liga estaba marcada a 120 puntos (2 caps max), sin necesidad de teniente y el único objetivo era aniquilación. Entre más mates y menos pierdas, más puntos. Para esta jornada el encuentro era con el buen Legordas (T2944).
My first match of the League was at 120 points and 2 SWC max, no Leutenient; aniquilation was the objective. The more you kill and the less you lose, the more points for you. For this match, my opponent was Legordas (T2944).
Las listas (The Lists)
Su lista era un general de Panocos, traía dos Bolts, Dos fusileros (creo que ambos sanitarios), un Nisse con ametralladora y un Akalis con Escopeta, entre todos ellos eran 119 puntos.
Vanilla Panoceania, if my memory doesn't fail: 2 Bolts, 2 Fusiliers (both pramedics I think), 1 Nisse with HMG and 1 Akalis with Boarding Shotgun, about 119 points.

El objetivo era tener lo más de ordenes posibles pero contar con al menos una unidad pesada para avanzar.
The objective for my list was: more orders but at least one heavy unit, in this case the Intruder.
La Partida (The Match)
Me tocó desplegar primero y decidí comenzar primero. En el escenario no tenía ningún punto de altura protegido para colocar alguna unidad -además de que no traía un arma de distancia- por lo que me coloqué de la mejor manera posible, al bandido lo aproveché lo más que pude y lo coloque en unas ruinas que estaban en medio del escenario, lo mejor ubicado posible para que comenzara a hacer daño.
I was chosen to be the first deploying and I decided to start first. On the battlefield there were no high points for having one unit covering the others -also I didn't have long range weapons- so I decided to deploy in cover - the most I could-, I tried to take the most advantage I could from the Bandido deploying him next to some reunis at the middle of the field. The faster he started to make "pain" on my opponent the better for me.
Mi oponente colocó a su Nisse en un edificio elevado que le daba visión de todo el campo y además le otorgaba cobertura. El grueso de sus tropas fue un par en medio, otro par a la izquierda y el Paracaidista en reserva.
My opponent deployed his Nisse on a second floor of a ruined building that gave him total vision for almost all the field; a pair of Fusilier and Bolt on the middle and the other pair at the left side. The Akalis was on reserve.
Al arrancar movi mi bandido con la intención de acercarme hacia el Nisse y mancharlo de blanco, adhesivo claro, para evitar ese daño y a posteriori rematarlo pero fue descubierto e hizo un intercambio de tiros con un bolt lo cual no llegó a mayores.
In the beginning, I tried to get closer to the Nisse with my Bandido and paint it white, adhesive ammo of course and then kill him but I was uncovered so I exchange fire against a Bolt that ended in nothing.

El buen Juan Pérez (Intruder) trató de avanzar a través de las ruinas enemigas pero un certero "descubrir" de una fusilera le sacó del camuflaje aunque aquello no le causó ningún problema -más que un gasto adicional de orden más adelante- ya que no había línea de tiro con la ametralladora. Quize marcar a la ametralladora con mi Alguacil a una distancia algo considerable y falló... doble. La ORA de la ametralladora la dejo inconsciente así que traté de acercarme con mi Daktaris para revivirla y en medio movimiento la ametralladora dejó también inconsciente a mi Neko-doctora ya que en vez de esquivar quise devolver el fuego... ERROR.
Juan Perez (Intruder) tried to adavance across some enemy ruins but he was also uncovered by a Fusilier but, thanks to the Holy Virgin of the Killers and Healers nothingo more happen. Only I spend another other to get into cammo again. Then I tried to target the Nisse but my Alguacil failed, twice. The ORA of the Nisse make her unconscious so I tried to get close with my Daktaris and the Nisse again hit me. My error? Exchange fire instead of dodging. A BIG MISTAKE.
Lo último que me quedaba era intentar darle con munición adhesiva a esa ametralladora para que no me pudiera hacer más daño y finalmente lo logré, IMM-2. Aunque la verdad no recuerdo si fue al final del primer turno o al inicio del segundo.
The only one that I could do was to try, again, to white that HMG and I did it, too late but I did it. I don't remember if it was at the beginning of my second turn or at the end of my first.
En el turno contrario el Akalis falló su aterrizaje y se fue hasta su base, avanzó con sus tropas lo más que pudo y hubo algún intercambio de fuego pero ninguna baja.
In my opponents turn, the Akalis failed it landing and was almost taken to the border of the deploying zone, he only advanced with his troops, some exchange of fire -without casualties- but nothing more.
En la segunda ronda, intenté acabar con el nido de ametralladora para conseguir puntos y tras bastante logré darle cuello pero la verdad es que gasté varias ordenes en lograr acabar con él. Con mi Intruder eliminé a la chica Bolt que había avanzado lo más que podía y me situé espaldas a un contenedor para evitar que me flanquearan.
On the next round, I tried to finish the HMG nid for getting points but I spend too many orders, even I get it, dices were not at my side. With my Intruder I finished a bolt girl and then I placed it behind a container for avoiding some fire from a blind point.
En la retaguardia traté de curar a mis inconscientes con mi sanitario pero terminé dándoles el coup de grace...
On my part of the table I tried to heal the two unconscious with my paramedic but instead of I gave them the Coup de Grace...
En el turno final de los panocos, su Akalis logra acercarse y tras dos ataques eliminó a mi Intruder. Y una fusilera logró tumbar a otro Alguacil.
In his last turn, his Akalis reached my Intruder and with two attacks he success on my Intruder. And one Fusilier kill another Alguacil.

Las Notas (The Notes)
Durante el trayecto a casa estuve reflexionando bastante, tenía muchas ideas y estaba buscando la razón de ser de acada orden gastada, tras varias estaciones del metro y momentos de ardua reflexión, saqué las siguientes conclusiones:
During the way home, I was thinking a lot. Analyzing ideas, "if's", reasons of every spend order and after many subwat stations and moments of intense reflections I get this notes:
1. En listas pequeñas, es mejor tener variedad de armas.
¿A qué me refiero? Llevaba dos ADHL de los cuales solo usé uno. Si hubiera traído la configuración de granadas en el Intruder hubiera podido intentar una ataque especulativo contra un bolt y un fusilero que estaban juntitos y dentro del rango del bono del arma y sin LDT contra mi.
1. Small lists, different weapons.
¿What's this about? I was carrying two ADHL but I only used one. If I had Grenades instead of this I could use them on a perfect timing I had in the match, one bolt and one fusiler together and very close to me but without chance of ORA...
2. Por algo existe el camuflaje
El Camuflaje me da en automático el -3 de mimetismo, algo que no debo olvidar. Además si una tropa se puede camuflar hay que hacerlo cuando se está en campo enemigo, quizás el Akalis con escopeta pudo haber fallado la ORA de descubrir y el Intruder hubiera quedado con vida, eso serían 36 puntos más para mí y menos para él.
3. If you had cammo... use it!
Cammo gives the -3 MOD of mimetism, this is something I need to remember always. Also if a troop could cammo... do it! In the last turn I could spend an order to get cammo and if the Akalis fails the "uncover" roll, he wouldn't try it again, 36 points for me and not for him.
3. Antes de actuar hay que pensar y considerar los puntos en juego
¿Porqué mejor no esquivé en lugar de atacar con la Daktaris? ¿Valía la pena arriesgar a la Daktaris por una Alguacil OA? Obviamente ambas fueron ordenes erróneas. Si la Daktaris se hubiera quedado esperando hasta que la ametralladora hubiera estado neutralizado, hubiera podido cruzarse sin problema alguno.
3. Before act, think. And don't forget about the points (Costs)
Why didn't I dodge with my Daktaris instead of firing? It was really worth for to risk the Daktaris for a FO Alguacil? Obviously in both cases the answer is no. I would wait until the HMG was full netrualized -not just threatened- and then walk without any threat...
4. Modificadores...
Tengo que siempre tener en cuenta los modificadores, osease a memorizar y estudiar más las reglas.

I have to had them all in my mind, more study or a better quick help to be printed.
5. Arma ORA-dora
Un arma que te permita estar ORA-ndo en el campo de batalla es de gran ayuda. Siempre.

A weapon for reactive orders is always welcome. Always.
Me deja un sabor amargo esta derrota pero creo que perdí una batalla más no la guerra. Mi objetivo en esta liga es estar dentro del Top 10, es algo agresivo y arriesgado pero si los objetivos no son así nos hacemos conformistas.
This lost match taste bad but I think I lost a battle but not the war. I'm aiming for Top 10 on this League, aggressive objective of course but if not that would be conformism.
A pensar en la siguiente lista y la siguiente jornada que ya está a la vuelta de la esquina.
