Here comes the second part...
TAGs
Since the last season, TAGs have been called more frequently to the battlefields and that's why we need to take some considerations about "Sally". The Lizard is less frequent on Vanilla lists so we may talk about it whenever we talk about Bakunin Sectorial.
AP+EXP.
The Szalamandra has an ARM value of 8 and a PB of 9, so it is a hard nut to crack but, what is really a threat is the Hyper-rapid Magnetic Canon (HMC) and its burst value of 5, a positive range of 16-32" and a neutral range until 8" and up to 48". Also a flamethrower for anyone who gets close to range. So, What is in our arsenal for fighting this beast? First of all, is a truth that we can cancel an enemy key-piece avoiding it and making this piece to expend a lot of orders for reaching nothing but in some moment we will need to fight and our best option is still the Intruder-Jaguar combo. Intruder MULTI Sniper is a good option for trying long-range attacks with AP ammunition but even the HMG is still good due to dices and probabilities. Another technique can be the "AD Surprise Shot", a D.E.P. very deep in his back (>_n) from a not expected Tomcat can hurt a lot due to its AP+EXP ammunition.

ORA-dores /ARO-pieces
There are two pieces on the table from the Nomad Lists that fit in this type of unit: the Sin-Eaters and the Kriza Boracs. A Total Reaction Zond is an option for almost every army so we'll talk about it later on a specific post.
The Sin-Eaters are, basically, a bad-ass Total Reaction thanks to the Neurocinetics Skill, the Mimetism, and the weapons they have: HMG and MK12

The Kriza Boracs are a little bit different but are still very dangerous: Full Auto L2 make us take under a BS ARO a -3 MOD, and these guys have an option with 360° Visor so no surprises for them. Shooting through smoke is still one of our best options but there is also another way to deal with it: Speculative Fire. This even works better if we impose the Targeted state to the Kriza but that normally takes a few orders, and the last option would be hacking. Because it is an HI, we can try hacking it without having LoF, our AHD Bandido could Carbonite him.

REMs
Tsyklon Sputniks are a very nice offensive remote (X and 360° Visors) that can also expand the hacking area for Interventors (and any other nomad hackers you're fighting) with his own repeater or by throwing more repeaters with its Pitcher. If you haven't used it in your Corregidor Lists you need to start using them (I need to use them more) so you can see the vulnerabilities but also the amazing capabilities of this remote. But some advice from my experience is that if you have the chance of killing it, KILL IT. Vanilla Nomads have very good engineers (Clockmakers, Zoe and -of course- Tomcats) that can bring this beauty back again, and again, and again...
