[ESP/ENG] Gecko Pilots! (Showcase)

¡Es hora de mostrar algo de miniaturas! Así que concentrémonos con la unidad favorita de este blog: El escuadrón Gecko.

Time for showing some miniatures! So let's focus on the favorite miniature of this blog: Gecko Squadron. 


Tras un par de intentos no pude modificar la estructura de los pilotos como me hubiese gustado y tuvimos que mandarlos al baño de acetona, para retirar toda la masilla verde que había utilizado y, entonces, decidí cambiar el estilo del casco con la pintura.

As I already said, I didn't totally like the Gecko Pilot as he is only Corregidor from the boots to the waist, and even the boots have their differences but my sculptor abilities are not very good yet so I tried to change the "view" of the helmet through painting.

Compré dos pilotos Gecko, así que tenía que encontrar una manera de diferenciarlos y la única que se me ocurrió fue cambiar el color del casco. Uno con el casco negro al estilo de los Tomcats y otro con el casco blanco al estilo de los Wildcats. Con la salida de Outrage y el desmembramiento de la caja entre varios compañeros, Beba tenía que ser mi tercera piloto, de eso no había duda así que usamos la misma paleta de colores para el traje de encaje de Beba.

I bought 2 Gecko pilots, so the only way for differencing between them that I thought about was painting the helmets with different colors. One in white, like the Wildcats and the other with black like the Tomcats. With the release of the Outrage miniatures, Beba was predestinated to be my 3rd pilot. Of course, the sexy lingerie of Beba must match the pilot's painting scheme!

Ya solo falta el o la piloto de la unidad 02, la cual aún no me decido. En un principio iba a ser el mercenario de la Beyond Icestorm pero por cuestiones monetarias decidí cederlo a mi compañero que compró la parte de PanO así que por ahora solo queda analizar otras opciones para cuando haya billete.

The only thing that's missing is the UNIT 02 Pilot that I haven't decided yet. In the beginning, it was supposed to be Mercenary on the Beyond Icestorm Box but due to money issues, I give it to my partner, the one who bought the PanO part. So now, I'm analyzing options.
